Living Room and Dining Area

A combined area of 38Msq, a Light bright and spacious room with easy access for wheelchairs / disability with all the bedrooms and kitchen all leading off the open plan room, there is Dedicated Controllable Instant Underfloor Heating in the room.

There is a 29 inch LED TV,  DVD / Blueray player, Wii, Stereo and Wi-Fi available with a UK IP so BBC iPlayer or your SkyGo etc will work if you log in, the TV has a USB socket, so will take an Amazon Stick if you have one.

The TV is not connected to Terrestrial either French or British.

A large comfortable sofa with two armchairs, a solid oak dining table with chairs to match.

Currently there is a 40Msq wooden sundeck / terrace area, with an extremely comfortable Hammock and Table and Chairs for outside use, a BBQ unit is onsite for client use too. This is a very nice suntrap as it faces fully west and catches the sun from midday onwards.

Access to the accommodation is via two large easy access double doors to both the Main Bedroom and the Livingroom, with three further windows all facing Due West, which results in some truly superb light into the Gite in the afternoon and especially at sunset.

There are two further windows on the East Face on the house which let in directional morning light to the Livingroom and Kitchen.
